1. General Provisions

   This document sets out the terms of use of the online platform PriceHub.AI (hereinafter — the “Service”) and the principles of processing personal data of users (hereinafter — the “Users”).

   By using the Service, the User confirms that they have carefully read and fully agree to these General Terms and the Data Processing Policy. If the User does not agree with these terms, they must stop using the Service.

   The Service is currently in its beta testing phase. Its functionality, data accuracy, and stability may change without prior notice. Access to the Service is provided solely for testing and evaluation purposes.

2. Use of the Service

   The User agrees to use the Service solely for lawful and non-commercial purposes. It is prohibited to take any actions that may disrupt the normal operation, security, or data structure of the Service.

   The information provided by the PriceHub.AI artificial intelligence is for informational and demonstration purposes only. Recommendations, conclusions, and responses generated by the system do not constitute professional advice or a commercial offer. All decisions made by the User based on the Service’s information are made at their own risk and responsibility.

3. Disclaimer of Liability
   1. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis without any express or implied warranties.
   2. PriceHub.AI does not guarantee:
      • the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the provided information, including product specifications, prices, reviews, or analytics;
      • uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service;
      • the absence of vulnerabilities, technical failures, or data loss.
   3. PriceHub.AI shall not be liable for:
      • any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service;
      • consequences of errors, inaccuracies, data delays, or connection failures;
      • actions of third parties, including merchants, whose websites may be linked through the Service.
4. Personal Data and Processing Principles (GDPR)

   PriceHub.AI respects the privacy of its Users and processes personal data in accordance with the principles set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR):

   1. Transparency and Lawfulness.

      Data is processed based on the User’s consent and solely for the purpose of improving the Service’s performance, analytics, and personalisation of interaction.

   2. Data Minimisation.

      The Service collects only the data necessary for proper operation and user experience improvement — technical logs, IP address, cookies, language and country of access, and behavioural signals related to search and recommendation features. To ensure continuity of interaction and personalised responses, the system may store snapshots of previous user dialogues with the AI, including text queries and response context. These data are processed exclusively in an automated manner and are not shared with third parties. Users may request deletion or anonymisation of their dialogue history at any time by contacting privacy@pricehub.ai.

   3. Purpose of Processing.
      • ensuring functionality and security of the Service;
      • improving user experience and relevance of results;
      • analytics and error detection;
      • compliance with data protection and security obligations.
   4. Data Retention.

      Data is retained only as long as necessary for the stated purposes and is then deleted or anonymised.

   5. Data Protection.

      All data are protected using modern technical and organisational measures, including encryption, access restriction, and monitoring of unauthorised use attempts.

   6. User Rights.

      Users have the right to:

      • request access to their personal data;
      • request correction, deletion, or restriction of processing;
      • withdraw consent for processing at any time;

   PriceHub.AI reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and the Data Processing Policy. The current version will always be available on the website pricehub.ai. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
